Viewings
A licenced and trained property negotiator from Hogan Estates attends every viewing so as to optimise the professional engagement with each prospective purchaser. Prospective purchasers are vetted and assessed to establish their ability and willingness to buy your property. Hogan Estates follow up with phone calls to each person who viewed the property with a view to encouraging them to make an offer on the property.

Proof of Funds
Before we accept an offer from a prospective purchaser, we insist on obtaining Proof of Funds in order to ensure that they have the ability to complete the purchase.

Offers
Offers are carefully managed and reported to you in a timely manner. We don’t just pass on the offer, we give you expert advice in relation to the strength or weakness of each offer and advise you whether to accept the offer or not. We always insist on offers being submitted by email to ensure that we can clearly demonstrate that all offers are above board and transparent.

Sale Agreed
When we receive offers on the property at a level that is acceptable to you, we then arrange for a refundable booking deposit to be transferred into our client account by the purchaser, and once we receive that deposit we send Sales Advice Notes to both your solicitor and the purchaser’s solicitor.

Sale Agreed to Close
From the date we go Sale Agreed on your property, it really should be between the two solicitors to complete the sale in a timely and professional manner, but we make sure that we are in regular contact with them to make sure that the sale completes within an acceptable time-frame.
